Day 2 Thursday June 18

I’m going to do these updates so we will remember all the details of our sweet Baby Mason.

Today our precious birth mom signed papers---Mason is ours!

We got our very first picture of our sweet pea!

We are already in love!!

Mommy and Daddy made travel plans to be with Mason today!!

We are ready for you little buddy! It's hard to believe how in love I am with this boy and he's not even in my tummy!

We are so blessed with great friends and family!! They showered us on Saturday! 

Matched!!

Yesterday we got THE call!!! We have been matched and our baby boy is due mid July!!! More details coming soon!

Active and Waiting….

Week before last, we became “active” clients.  This means we could begin “presenting” to birth moms.  What this means is that the “profile” that I made (basically a scrapbook) will be available for birth moms to look through while choosing an adoptive family.  I am ready to share some of these pages with you.  Some of them I feel are private between us and our adoption consultants and birth moms.  See below some of the pages! :) 

Waiting is hard.  Rejection is hard.  But God is in control!!  Our perfect baby that is intended just for us in waiting on us!  And we are waiting for him/her.  My heart yearns for our baby.  I pray that our baby comes home soon.

We are now active clients which means we can be presented to birth moms now!!
